Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped/mailed with Australia Post according to the best rate/time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. Overseas orders are mailed via Airmail at Australia Post.

Average delivery time for international deliveries is 5  - 15 working days depending on the time of year, the method of postage and Customs clearance times which can take up to a month for some countries. If you are awaiting a shipment you believe is delayed then please contact us and we will do everything possible to assist.

Average delivery time within Australia is 3 - 5 working days but it can take up to 10 working days for delivery.
(purchases paid by cheque or money order will be dispatched upon funds clearance)

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Replacements
Amazing Oz wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that by making a purchase off a website without actually seeing and touching the item, you are trusting us to meet your expectations. In order to reduce your concerns, we offer a money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your goods you should contact us within 3 days of delivery. If we can't satisfy your complaint through other means, you may return the item(s) to us and, after the goods have been inspected, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) (no outbound or return shipping refunds, sorry). The item(s) must not have any visible signs of use or wear, and must not be damaged. Your refund will be via PayPal account or bank account. While great care is taken to properly package, protect and ship your order, no responsibility is taken for lost or damaged goods.
